Meeting Information:

Friday,  October 19th – welcome dinner starts at 7:00 pm
Saturday, October 20th – all day presentations, discussions and meals
Sunday, October 21st –  half day meeting with the closing luncheon at 12:30 pm

Please register as soon as possible. There is no cost to register. Fees are paid separately and reduced fees apply

until September 1, 2018. If you plan to attend the meeting, please register now to help us plan the event.

Before September 1, 2018: £70 per person 15 years or over; £30 per child ages 2-15.
After September 1, 2018, the fee increases to £90 per person 15 years or over, £45 per child ages 2-15.

Meeting fees are waived for a PC patient and one family member attending the PC Patient Support Meeting for the first time. PC Project pays 70% of the meeting costs which include the meeting room, equipment rental fees and food including Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch as well as break food. Breakfast is included with hotel room reservations.

Please book now. You are not charged until you check in at the hotel. There is no cancellation fee if you cancel 24 hours ahead of arrival. Be sure to register directly with the conference hotel.

After you have registered for the meeting and have your hotel reservation, you can apply for a scholarship as needed to cover meeting fees, travel and/or hotel costs.

Scholarship Application Deadline is July 1, 2018, and awards will be announced August 1, 2018.
