PC Project is pleased to announce the award recipients of the 2024 PC Research Grant cycle, with nearly $350,000 worth of proposals funded for PC-specific research projects.
Each submission was independently reviewed and scored by members of PC Project’s IPCC Research Committee, and then all were discussed at length in a group meeting for final recommendations to the PC Project Board of Trustees for funding.
Thank you to all the scientists who applied. Because PC is so rare, we sincerely appreciate the interest of researchers who are willing to dedicate time, labor, and expertise to advancing our knowledge of PC and to actively exploring avenues to find effective treatments and eventually a cure for PC and other conditions that cause painful PPKs. This includes all who are not funded, specifically by PC Project, but who still dedicate their efforts to finding solutions for our patients who suffer from so much pain.
Special thanks to the generous donors who are making these vital research projects possible.
