Educating dermatology nurses about PC and the work of PC Project
David and Janice Schwartz from PC Project spent two days in March at the Dermatology Nurse Association Conference in Orlando exhibiting, sharing information, and teaching dermatology nurses about the rare skin diseases we represent and the patients we serve.
Our goal is – and always has been – to get our conditions recognized in the doctor’s offices and at this event, to not only educate them, but encourage nurses (and dermatologists) to refer their patients to PC Project for an accurate diagnosis if they have patients will painful palmoplantar keratoderma.
The nurses were extremely interested and engaged and we don’t think a single attendee left without knowing more about PC and PC Project’s programs and services!
