This entertaining and educational Public Broadcasting System (PBS) video uses cartoon-style illustrations to show how DNA and RNA work together and the discovery of RNAi (RNA interference). The discovery of RNAi was the foundation for later research into small interfering RNA (siRNA), a technology being used to develop therapies for Pachyonychia Congenita.
