2023 New Orleans Patient Support Meeting

Wednesday, March 15th – Check in starts at 5pm and Welcome Dinner at 6:00 pm
Thursday, March 16th – All day presentations, discussions and meals
Friday, March 17th – Half day meeting with presentations, discussions, ending around noon, followed by a lunch
- REGISTER FOR THE MEETING
Please register as soon as possible so we can finalize meeting plans. There is no cost to initially register. Fees are paid separately and reduced fees apply until January 15, 2023. - REGISTER FOR THE HOTEL
Reserve your hotel room online. The meeting discounted room rates per night are 1 king bed $199/night or 2 queen beds $219/night for Wednesday and Thursday night. Because of the large dermatology meeting that starts Friday, any extra nights for the weekend are available at 1 king bed $259/night or 2 queen beds $279/night. Please book now. There is a credit card required for reservations but you will not be charged until the time of your stay. There is no cancellation fee if you cancel 4 days ahead of arrival. NOTE: If you are driving a vehicle, the hotel only has valet parking at $45/night. There is a self-parking garage located across the street from the hotel. Rates vary based on demand, but it normally costs $25/day.
- PAY MEETING FEES
Meeting fees are waived for PC patients attending a PC Patient Support Meeting for the first time and one family member.
Pay before January 15, 2023: $170/person 15 years or older; $80/child age 2-15.
Pay after January 15, 2023: $190/person 15 years or older; $100/child age 2-15.
Children under two are free.
All fees must be paid by February 13, 2023.
PC Project pays most of the meeting costs which include the meeting room, equipment rental fees, programming, and food including Wednesday dinner, Thursday breakfast, lunch and dinner and Saturday breakfast and lunch as well as breaks and any meeting supplies. After you have registered for the meeting and have made your hotel reservation, if attending will be a financial burden, you can apply for a scholarship to cover meeting fees, the travel, and/or hotel costs. The number of scholarship awards will depend on available funds.
